Gosh, is it ever hard to remember to record Baby Girl's milestones. I have to rely on Facebook, this blog and other social mediums when it comes time to scrapbook. I guess I failed the part of recording milestones in a baby book. Anyhow, I thought I would take a moment to jot down things Baby Girl is doing, likes, and dislikes at 13 months.
She started saying "Ut Oh!" a lot.
She said Moses' nickname "MoMo" this morning.
We are down to one bottle of milk a day, the night time bottle.
She is drinking water and milk from sippy cups.
She eats every hour and a half to two hours and boy can she ever eat!
She is an excellent stacker.
She's saying "Mom, Momma, Mommy,and Daddy" a lot.
She gets jealous of other kids when I pay attention to them.
Her hair is getting longer and curlier.
She signs "All done, More, Eat, Milk, and Water."
She loves pointing at stuff.
She likes shaking her butt and dancing to music.
She likes playing with blankets and putting them over her head.
She likes putting things around her neck.
She has found her nose and how to put her finger in it.
Her front two teeth are coming in nicely.
She is a daredevil. She likes to stand on her push cars, when they could so easily move and cause her to fall.
She continues to fight over toys with Moses.
She still likes laying in Moses' bed and looking out the window.
She is getting gentler with Moses although she does like to use him as a stepping stone.
The outdoors is still her favorite place to be.
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is her favorite show. She loves it when the show ends and the "Hot Dog" song comes on.
She likes her shoes. It's the only article of clothing she doesn't put up a fuss over.
She loves hummus.
She eats so many blueberries it's insane.
Yogurt is still a favorite food, all varieties. Applesauce seems to be out.
She ate 3 platefuls of taco meat at school the other day.
She doesn't like puffs or Mum Mums anymore. Those are baby foods.
Yogurt Bites are the best!
Animal cookies are still messy.
My whole family is crazy over Fresh n Easy's Garden Pirate's Treasure.
She loves painting.
She likes to tackle the boys at school and is pretty good at it.
She loves books. She likes flipping their pages and looking at the pictures.
She likes saying hi to people.
And...her binkies are still very dear to her.
Have you ever watched those TV Game shows where they have a couple of doors and behind one is a grand prize? Well, this weekend the hub and I found out what was behind our Door #1. The hubby and I are starting the beginning phases of landscaping our backyard. Our first step, was to clean out the area behind our garage. When we moved in, there was about 2 feet of walking space behind our garage the rest of the area was covered in vines. Vines were growing on the roof and generally it was a mess. Not wanting the vines to take over the roof, we I started to clear out the vines last fall. But after we cut a million vines with only a pair of clippers we gave up and decided to clean out the rest in the spring. Spring came around and we didn't do much until one day when I was sick a few weeks ago, I ran into our gardener. I showed him the mess and asked if he knew of anyone who could come clean it out.
