After being pregnant, taking care of a baby, and then a toddler, we finally got to celebrate a wedding anniversary in a big way, with a weekend trip to Yosemite! Celebrating our seventh anniversary we decided our first weekend away from P was finally in order, so we booked a room at Tenaya Lodge Resort in the southern part of Yosemite National Park. We dropped P and Moses off at YaYa's and we proceeded north for about an hour and a half. We arrived at 10am on Saturday morning and basically, we just relaxed at the resort all day. It was low key and so glorious! First we walked all around the resort, then we relaxed in some big leather chairs in the lobby, took in some lunch at Jackalope's where we had the entire restaurant to ourselves, and then headed off to the spa. I had a most wonderful 120 aromatherapy massage and hub had a 50 minute relation massage. We both had the whole place to ourselves.
