Disneyland Mid-Year Stats

We are almost at the half year point with our Disneyland Annual Passes. Penny has been 16 times, Daddy 14 times, and Mommy 12 times. We've eaten a bazillion tubs of popcorn, every kind of hot dog, churro's, beignets, gigantic Mickey shaped chocolate chip cookies, Dole Whips, cream cheese pretzels, Ghiradelli mint chocolate chip ice cream cones, make-your-own ice cream bars, Tigger decorated Twinkles and a ton more! We have definitely gotten our monies worth from our passes and have contributed a small fortune to Disney's bottom line. This last visit, we had a late lunch at Ariel's Grotto, a sit down pre-fix affair where Disney Princesses move table to table to meet eagerly awaiting children. That afternoon we met Ariel, Aurora, Cinderella, and Snow White. As usual, a ton of rides and treats were experienced that day. Some of Penny's favorite rides are King Triton's Carousel, the Tiki Room, It's A Small World, Toon Town, the water squirting fountains in A Bug

Zoo Renew

So we upgraded from a Couple Annual Pass to a Deluxe Family Pass. Now the nanny can take Miss Penny to the zoo.

Rubber Ducky Races

We spent Memorial Day 2014 at Kid Space Museum in Pasadena. Daddy had never been before and Penny had never been during the summer months so we decided to spend couple of hours there exploring. Kid's Space is a great museum for children, especially small children. With a ton of hands of experiences, Penny was engrossed for hours. While we were there we took part in a Rubber Ducky Race. We brought one of Penny's favorite duckies from home and he raced against 14 other ducks down one of their man made hills. It was really fun watching the plastic ducks go down the hill. Penny's ducky came in 6th I believe. New Dine-In Theatre

We met up with Jon, Danielle, Jung, Caroline and Minh in Marina Del Rey to celebrate Jon's 39th birthday and to check out AMC's newest Dine-In Movie Theatre. One of 7 Dine-In Theatres in the US we couldn't help but be excited to check out this new novelty. We all agreed the experience was AMAZING! Forget 3D! I'd rather have dinner and cocktails at a movie! Not to mention, the reclining chairs. A fun experience was had by all! And the food was surprisingly good.

Kermit Insanity

Our daughter is driving us insane with Kermit! She makes us hold this little Kermit doll and speak like Kermit every living hour of the day!

A Little Bit of Heaven For My Feet

I've been looking for a good pair of sneakers to walk Moses and go about Disneyland. I'm a flip flop girl and know 0 about shoes. So for Mothers Day Penny and Daddy took me to a runners shop where they did all kinds of measurements and tests. The guy brought out some shoes and the very first pair felt like total heaven. Guess who is out of her flip flops and wearing a bit of heaven?

Big Girl

Penny is turning into one big girl. Following her pal, Amy up the big jungle gym at the park. I can't believe her mad climbing skills!

Movie Premiere

Woke up bright and early and headed down to Westwood for my company's first movie premiere. I worked the giveaway table and handed out to the masses hats and wigs and more!
