Ramblings of a Crazy Woman

It's a must to get a photo with Santa each year.  It's a tradition like its a tradition that my mom get The Girl a Christmas dress each year. This year's dress was so beautiful it was a must to document it's prettiness so I decided to combine both the dress with Santa. Now I only wish I had thought of that 4 years ago!!!  Oh well! Our good friend, Toby hooked us up with a free photo package with Santa so we took home several digital pictures as well as a set of printed pictures. Here's the results!

This year we stayed in LA and cooked dinner for a few of the 81st Street gang. I got to do what I love to do best, party plan, decorate and pick out recipes from Pinterest! It was a fun dinner followed by games.

Had to do it. Despite the massive crowds, I took The Girl to the Americana to witness the annual tree lighting ceremony which seemed to happen early this year. I almost left because we had such a poor view but i ended up leaving that locations and walking around to where we were in year's past and ended up having a good time. Although this may be the last year I go because it is so crowded and I have yet to see the stage show because of all the people. It is nice to see a big tree all decorated. Reminded me of my old Paramount days when they lit up a big tree for the studio.
