A hard day for most Americans but doubly hard for me as it was the due date given to me the first time I was pregnant. I do not dwell on this lost pregnancy but whenever the day comes I can't help but remember the possibility that was once there. Like the lost pregnancy this is a day to remember lost souls on that fateful day in 2001. I think many of us can remember clearly the events of that day and how we spent that day processing what had happened to our country and to us. I awoke that morning to a frantic phone call from a friend, who was sure that airplanes were being sent to LA to attack. She was worried about me. I turned on the TV and saw like many others the second tower collapse and the crash of the airplane in the field. I felt for sure this was the day the United States would use it's nukes.
