Easter Weekend started on Friday when I got out of work earlier than expected. With a little time on my hands I headed to Target to see what goodies I could find for Penny's Easter Eggs. Of course, when you go to Target you always spend more than you should so I came home with lots of goodies for the girl. When Dad got home he took Penny on a walk so that gave me a chance to fill the eggs up with the goodies I had bought. On Saturday, we headed down to Anaheim for yet another visit to Disneyland! We started out with lunch ate The Earl of Sandwich and I have to say, I really enjoyed my lunch! In an effort to take control of my food intake I had a chicken and berry salad which was light and not to mention, tasty. I think that lunch made me a fan of that place and compared to food inside the park it was relativity inexpensive.
