Saw the doctor and he cleared Penny to eat meat and dairy. We took the okay to heart and haven't looked back!
Last week I was eating a turkey sandwich with fruit when Penny grabbed for a bite. So I gave her a bite of turkey and she loved it! She ended up eating a small portion of my meal.
Ever since then she has been an eating machine! Even though she doesn't have teeth she still gobbled things up! She just loves feeding herself!
So far she has tried turkey lunch neat, rotisserie chicken, scrambled eggs, rice, grilled chicken, peas, carrots, bagels, zucchini, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and much more! She likes everything except green beans and fish. She likes sweet berries not sour ones.
I've been having fun ordering up meals at daycare. The studio provides food to the school and they prepare it for the Kids. Penny has so much fun sitting with the other babies at the big kids table! She loves being social and eating.
So far introducing Penny to foods is fun!
