Despite me having a brain cloud I have been able to keep up with my friends. Though the encounters involve a lot of sneezing. This past week our friends The Delanos drove all the way from Sanger to come to a Laker Game with us. A few months ago when they were making their annual pilgrimage to Newport Beach the hub mentioned how I sometimes get sporting tickets. They like most people said "Oh, if you ever get extra we wouldn't mind going. " Now a lot of people say that but when you actually call them to go they either can't or don't want to. But when Brian called Jon he was beyond excited. The game was on a Wednesday night and they agreed to come. I couldn't believe that they were going to drive that far on a school night but they did!! Actually it was really, really fun to go to the game with them. As it was their first time they were excited about everything. It's fun to be around people when they experience something for the first time. We had so much fun that I am going to call them next time I get extra tickets! The sad part about the game though was that they played the LA Clipper which one would think would be an easy win but the Lakers actually lost to the Clippers!! The crowd excitement was fun though. No one in the crowd could believe the Clippers won!
